Why use a sitstand?

For many years mankind has experimented with the ergonomics of sitting with less than perfect results. A large percentage of office staff have problems with back, shoulders or wrists as a result of working in a static position. The weak part of the “traditional” ergonomic approach is that we try to pad and comfort a fixed
posture with chairs and accessories, instead of releasing ourselves with an active workstation.
